The Centum Re Assistant Human Capital Manager is the engine of our people strategy ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the market. Job Details

Key Responsibilities.

  • Attract and retain top talent – develop and execute practical and innovative recruitment strategies to attract rare top tier talent and performers in real estate industry while maintaining Centum Re as the employer of choice.
  • Enable performance – facilitate Centum Re team to set ambitious, audacious goals and enjoy the process of achieving them while sustaining top productivity levels across the business.
  • Shape culture – sustain and enhance the thriving work environment that balances high performance with teams well being. Incorporate initiatives that integrate 4-day work week, play and excellence into the Centum Re employee experience.
  • Design all round growth and development – identify practical, high impact training programs on leadership, entrepreneurship, management and personal growth while promoting a continuous learning culture.
  • Champion compliance – ensure full compliance with labour laws, Centum Re Hr policies, statutory requirements and maintain up to date HR documentation.

Requirements

Core competencies & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
  • Talent management – ability to spot, attract and nurture exceptional talent.
  • Mindset – positive, can do and ability to think outside the box to design high impact HR solutions
  • Leadership – inspire, motivate and empower others to excel
  • Performance – focused on measuring what matters and enhancing productivity

  • Compliance – maintains meticulous adherence to HR laws and regulations
  • Proven track record in talent attraction, development and retention
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Minimum KCSE B+ and a bachelor’s degree (Second Upper) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must be a registered member of IHRM and hold a valid Practicing Certificate CHRP.
